Fish & .... Recipe

This fish&chips tartare is simple to make. Buy the fish without chips. 

At home cut (per 2 pers.) a gurkin, 1 hardboiled egg, 3 spring onions, 2 tbsp parsley leaves. Add 3 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp capers, some lemon juice and a few drops of Tabasco.
