Salmon carpaccio, porcini Recipe


Another surf&turf. Slice the salmon (200 gr for  2 persons) as thin as possible. Clean 150 gr porcini and cut them in handsome slices. Fry in olive oil, add some lemon juice and parsley, salt and pepper. Serve as shown, with a few flakes of sea salt.
