Sea aster, samphire, shrimps and asparagus. Recipe

Peel and boil 4 asparagus in 7 mins

Finely slice 1/2 shallot and 1 clove of garlic and sweat them in 1 tbsp butter.

Then add 50 g sea aster and 50 g samphire and cook for max 2 mins, to keep them crispy.

From the heat add 100 g shrimps and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Season with pepper, stir and serve.
