Burrata, roasted grapes, basil Recipe

Marinate 20 grapes in 1 tbsp sherry vinegar, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 crushed clove of garlic, 1,5 tsp brown sugar and 1,5 tsp of crushed toasted fennel seeds.

Make 4 skewers of the grapes and grill for 3 mins in a grill pan

Serve with 1/2 burrito pp, sprinkle with the marinade and decorate with basil leaves
