Harissa and honey glazed salmon on roasted leek Recipe

Pre-heat the oven at 220°C

Cut a leek lengthwise and then in 7 cm segments. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper

Put in the oven for 20 mins

In the meantime mix rose harissa with runny honey (50/50) and brush on salmon filet(s). After 20 mins raise the

oven temp to 240° and add the salmon for 10 mins. Serve as an amuse bouche. Or as a starter.
