Courgetti, blue cheese sauce, walnuts Recipe


Lazy day?

Crush and crumble 12 walnuts, then toast them.

Bring 80ml cream to the boil and crumble 100g blue cheese in it.

First add the hot nuts to the sauce, then 300g courgetti.

Turn off the heat, stir well and serve on warm plates
