Watermelon, brown shrimps, piccalilly crème Recipe


Put 1 tbsp cream cheese and 1 tbsp piccalilli in the blender  to make a smooth crème

Rinse and dry 50g brown shrimps

Cut two 1 cm slices from a watermelon and use a serving ring to make perfect discs

Start plating with the watermelon. Sprinkle with olive oil, and green and black sesame seeds

2 tbsp of the piccalilly crème in the centre 

Finish with the shrimps, some finely hacked spring onion , wakamé and rucola
