Boil some Brussels sprouts in salted water for 5 mins. In the meantime mix some Panko, crumbled almond slivers, salt, pepper, lime zest and cayenne pepper.
Make a vinaigrette from the juice of 1/2 lime to 50 ml grape oil.
First dip the sprouts in the vinaigrette, then in the crumble mix.
