Corned beef, herb cheese, scallop Recipe


Mix 2 tbsp fresh cheese with dill, basil, chives and some finely sliced garlic.

Toast a slice of pumpernickel sourdough bread.

Use a serving ring to cut nice circles from the bread and from corned beef.

Cover the toast with the cheese, then the corned beef, more cheese and finally a halved scallop
