Yuzu and ponzu marinated sardines Recipe

Blacken a red paprika under the grill.  When ready, place in a bowl, cover with cling film and allow to cool. Once cool, carefully remove the blackened skin from the pepper and cut the flesh into a medium dice. 

Mix the pepper with 40 ml olive oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice, the zest of 1/2 lemon and 1/2 orange, 1/2 shallot finely diced, 1 small clove of garlic finely chopped, 1 tbsp chopped chives, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, freshly ground black pepper and sea salt in a bowl

Then marinate 2 filets of sardine in 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp ponzu, 1/2 tsp yuzu and 1/2 tsp sesame oil for half an hour.

Serve as sown, with wakamé.
