Omelet nasi goreng Recipe


Slice a red chili and 2 spring onions. Fry in 1 tbsp oil with 1 tbsp grated ginger, for 1 minute. 

Add 100 g minced chicken and fry for 3 mins, then add 140g boiled rice and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Cook another minute.

Whisk 4 eggs with 60 ml milk and add to the pan. Move the pan to spread the egg mix evenly and cook for 5-6 mins. 

Serve 2 quarters pp, with extra spring onion, Thai basil, sambalchili sauce and ketjap manis.
